Responsibility:

To provide technical Training support for Staff and Members of identified Schools in Samoa in using Online Platforms for educational support in digitizing the process of delivering School Classes and Materials.

Achievements:

any of the Participants were able to learn new ways of expanding there teaching skills on a digital platform and also how to expand there methods by using Digital Products and platforms such as Moodle and Google Class.

To provide support for uploading and modifying media content of the Conference while it was been streamed from the different conference halls to the United Nations Media Portal online.

Achievements:

All conference media content was uploaded on time in accordance to media reference time. All content was well checked and was well deployed with its relative information on to the UN Media Portals.

Title: SIDS Samoa Conference System Support Engineer
Role: SIDs Media Engineer

Responsibility:

To work hand in hand with Plexus System engineers in setup and deploying the various conference systems in all of the main Conference halls for the SIDS conference.

Achievements:

  1. Helped translate technical knowledge from Chinese to Samoan and English for Samoan Construction contractors to understand the requirements for the Conference system to be deployed.
  2. Provide an on the fly documentation of all the conference systems and it technical specification that were been setup.
  3. Meet the implementation goals for the conference system on a daily time frame.
  4. Provided IT technical support on the follow during the start and end of conferences.

To Lecturer and tutor students on the numerous web technology out there that could aid them in build and creating dynamic web content application. Also to provide an easier learning approach in learning such changing technology.

Achievements:

Based on the learning approach that was self-applied for each student that undertook IS221, 95% of student passed within the range of 80%-100%.
